KPK is a noncustodial onchain asset manager operating treasury mandates, Funds, and Vaults for DAOs and institutions across DeFi since 2020. Over $2bn deployed onchain, 16,000+ transactions and zero funds lost.

Treasury mandates are bespoke arrangements where KPK designs investment strategy, manages capital allocation and token liquidity, and executes onchain within constraints set by each client's governance. Funds are tokenised, actively managed portfolios with per-block onchain accounting and composable ERC-20 shares. Vaults are automated lending strategies tiered by different risk profiles across the major DeFi lending protocols.

All operations execute through the Permissions Layer, a policy-enforced framework that defines what can and cannot be done with deployed capital.
