What is Dune's Real-World Assets (RWA) dataset?
The full onchain picture of tokenized real-world assets, joined to a curated registry of the products behind them. It covers 6,800+ registered tokens across 2,600+ products and $32B+ of onchain assets on 21 chains, and it goes well past supply and holders into what those assets actually do: secondary market trading monitoring on decentralized exchanges, flows in and out of labelled centralized exchange wallets, DeFi collateral utilization, holder analysis with wallet-level drill-downs, and perpetuals positioning for synthetic exposure.
Which blockchains does the RWA dataset cover?
21 chains, all of them carrying live assets: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche, Optimism, zkSync, Mantle, Ink, Plume, Plasma, Sei, Monad, Tempo, Robinhood Chain, Stellar, XRPL, Sui and Aptos.
Which asset classes are included?
Eight asset classes: cash equivalents, credit, commodities, equities, fixed income, real estate, multi-asset and other. Within those, 30 instrument types, from money market funds and government debt to private credit tranches, tokenized single stocks, metals and carbon credits. Hyperliquid RWA perpetual markets are covered separately for synthetic exposure.
Can I monitor my own tokenized product's supply, holders, and growth in real time?
Yes. Transfers and trades are indexed hourly, so issuance and movement show up the same day, and holder balances are daily snapshots per chain and address. AUM is calculated from NAV pulled from onchain oracle feeds, DEX trades, or your own private uploads. The same product view extends to secondary market trading on decentralized exchanges, centralized exchange flows, DeFi collateral utilization, holder analysis with wallet-level drill-downs and perpetuals positioning.
Can I get AUM broken down by asset and by chain, not just by issuer?
Yes. AUM is available per product and per chain, so a product deployed on several chains shows where the supply actually sits rather than one issuer-wide total.
Can I benchmark a tokenized fund against its competitors?
Yes. Every product carries an instrument type, so you can rank it inside its own category rather than against the whole market, and compare AUM, supply, holders and 30 day growth across issuers, classes and chains. The comparison extends to secondary market trading, DeFi collateral utilization and perpetuals positioning, not just size.
Can I compare tokenized funds using product metadata?
Yes. Dune's curated metadata registry covers tokenization platform and chain footprint for effectively every product; issuer, instrument type, legal structure and redemption terms for the majority; and jurisdiction, regulator and custodian wherever the issuer has disclosed them.
Can I reconcile onchain mint, redemption, and transfer activity against what an issuer reports?
Yes, and it is one of the core use cases. Mint, burn and transfer events are indexed across every chain a product touches, so cumulative issuance can be set against redemptions and against the change in AUM without pulling numbers per product by hand.
Can I see holder concentration and DeFi collateral exposure for credit risk analysis?
Yes. Holder concentration is available per product down to the individual wallet, with entity labels on many of the addresses that matter, such as exchange wallets, custodians, bridges and lending pools. DeFi collateral positions are reconstructed from protocol events, so you can see which lending market holds a token and how much.
Can this data support wash-trading detection or market surveillance on tokenized securities?
The data supports wash-trading detection and market surveillance on tokenized securities. Decoded DEX trades, centralized exchange wallet flows and transfers are available row by row, with venue and counterparty labels where Dune has them. Dune does not ship a surveillance model; you build the detection on top.
What's the difference between transfers, trades, and balances data?
Transfers are peer to peer or venue to venue token movements. Trades are onchain swaps on a decentralized exchange or an issuer venue. Balances are daily snapshots of who holds how much, per chain and address. Entity labeling is available for certain addresses. Each is indexed separately so you can join them together.
Can I get pricing for tokens that don't trade on an exchange?
Issuer published NAV and oracle feeds fill the gap for tokens with no onchain trading.
Can I see what else a wallet holds?
Yes. Because Dune covers every tokenized product, one address can be followed across its whole book. A single Binance wallet holds 41 tokenized products worth $295.7M; a Morpho contract holds 32, mostly private credit.
Do you track synthetic exposure as well as tokens?
Yes. The Hyperliquid HIP-3 real-world-asset perpetual markets are indexed with open interest, funding and daily volume, so you can size the demand sitting outside the tokenized product itself. These markets run continuously, weekends included.
How fresh is the data?
Transfers and trades hourly. Holder balances and AUM daily, per chain.
Does this dataset cover the entire RWA market?
No single dataset captures every tokenized real-world asset today. Coverage is strongest for tokens with a direct onchain ownership claim, and still growing for assets that exist mainly as an offchain record. 21 chains are tracked so far, with more added as products launch on them.
How do I access the dataset, SQL, API, or my own data warehouse?
